With the cap on the BP wellhead working, can we look forward to a speedy cleanup?

We need effective clean up strategies. Otherwise no!
At this point it's just damage control!
We need long-term change, i.e. less dependence on coal and oil and develop clean offshore energy.
I'm confident in BP's ability to fix the mess they've made.
