"It seems that the "Legendary Customer Service" is alive and well at RTC. On behalf of my mother and my immediate family, I want to offer the most sincere gratitude to your company, and most notably Dawn Kafka and Bradley Chambers. Here's the story: My mother had bone cancer in her hips and her spinal column, and is currently unable to move out of her bed without assistance. I placed a call to Dawn just after lunch today to inquire about the Emergency Notification System your company sells for folks like my mother. It is currently 3:00 p.m. this same day, and Bradley is probably close to back to his office by now after installing the device at my Mother's home. This is "tire meets the road" Customer Service, and is very rare these days in any industry. RTC has set the standard for Customer Service that is untouchable by anyone else, anywhere. My Mother thanks you, and I thank you! Way to go guys!!"
