"Early in 2007,we changed our home security alarm system from the nation's largest monitor of homes and businesses to RTC Secure. We had been with that large national company for many years and learned that we little guys can fall through the cracks at times. Each step of the change-over to RTC Secure was handled in a polite and as promised manner. Twice since being with RTC Secure we have accidentally set off the alarm in our house and have received a prompt call checking on our security.
