"I accidently set my alarm off and I thought that this would be my chance to see how good the monitoring is. RTC Secure called promptly to see what the problem was. ADT never called when the alarm went off. Thanks!"

"RTC Secure is a necessary service at a great price. I travel from time to time and feel safe knowing my family and possessions are safe and secure while I am away. I was a customer with ADT Security for over 5 years and paid twice as much for the same service I receive from RTC. ADT was very upset that I was leaving and offered me a "lower rate" to stay. The new rate was still more expensive than that offered by RTC. I am happy I switched service providers. I just wished I had learned about RTC Secure earlier."

"I would like to tell your Customer Service Reps and Customer Service Techs that they do a great job. I had changed my phone number and was told I would have service within 30 minutes. Much to my surprise, within 10 minutes I actually had service! I also had the calling card changed and was told it would be ready for use in 12 to 24 hours. My son had an accident at school and I needed to make some critical phone calls immediately, and once again to my surprise within 5 minutes of the change I had service on the calling card. I appreciate RTC for all the good they have done for me and being there with phone service at an emergency time with my family."
