"I had services with Charter Cable. It had been out for three days already and the way we make our living is on the Internet. They said they won't be able to fix it for four more days. I started calling my neighbors to get them to complain to Charter in order to get it repaired faster, and they told me they all had RTC's DSL service. The light went off in my head and I needed them, too. I ordered it and RTC has always given me excellent service!"

My husband was out of town due to a family member passing and the guys moved a heavy TV and a piece of furniture for me. The guys were great!"

"Thanks for talking with us last Wednesday. It was an enjoyable visit. I was telling you what great customer service Catt.com has and I thought I would write it down for you to share with the Supervisors and the reps involved with maintaining the service. I have called the Catt line several times for help and each and every time the representative walked me through the trouble satisfactorily. (Even though sometimes the trouble was my fault). They were very patient and knowledgeable. Recently I switched from DirecTV to Comcast. The Comcast people tried every way in the world to get me to switch to their Internet service. NO WAY! I know what kind of service Ringgold gives, especially when you have trouble. So I guess you could say I am a happy and loyal customer of Catt.com. Thanks again."
