"I've lived in several locations and have dealt with many utility companies. Ringgold Telephone Company is the only one where I can say that in every interaction and with every employee, the service has been excellent. All staff members are sincerely concerned about treating the customer well and seeing that all questions and issues are efficiently resolved. This includes application for service, installation, repair, and phone technology support. With the tech support, they have cheerfully helped me repeatedly with a problem which lies in my computer and is not because of any flaw in the DSL service. Ringgold Telephone Company exceeds the quality and quantity of products and services offered by phone companies in much bigger cities."

"I wanted to take a moment to send you a note about one of Ringgold Telephone Company’s employees. So often in today’s busy world, we only take time to acknowledge poor service, however, I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Andy LeGrande.
A few weeks ago, we were experiencing problems with our residential phone line. I called Ringgold Telephone Company around 7:00 pm and the gentleman told me someone would be out to check our line. I don’t remember the exact date, but I remember it was an awful night of rain, sleet and ice not to mention below freezing temperatures. I assumed that since it was so late, someone would come out the next day.
To my pleasant surprise, Andy showed up a little while later that same evening. He was extremely pleasant and quickly figured out what the problem was. When I thanked him for coming out in such terrible weather and at such a late hour, he said it was no problem that is what they were there for.
I have to tell you that I was so impressed with the service we received and Andy’s positive attitude. Andy and Ringgold Telephone’s commitment to customer service has definitely exceeded my expectations. "

"I used to have AOL since 1999 and wished I had never got it, before that I had a ton of fun with prodigy. When I got AOL, it was a downhill run (long downloads, slow connections and if one of my parents wanted the phone or picked it up without me knowing I would end up cussing out the computer) and here is a insane story with AOL:
I was over at Freightliner of Chattanooga doing security work and checked the old AOL mail at home and I noticed that the computer got hacked, the next night I called AOL and asked them to cancel my account they wanted my account number and I did not have it so I was fed up and blew my stack in the car. After noticing more junk porn mail in my system, while I was at Freightliner working, I had the thought of trying the new DSL over at the telephone co. and I went to RTC with my dad to pay a bill and talking to someone about DSL for my computer.
After having enough trouble with AOL (slow downloads and lost connections to drive me to the breaking point), I went in the phone company and asked about the DSL and now I have dropped AOL and keeping catt.com as my ISP (as Garfield said "I now officially love the internet") and nothing will get me off, not even a cable modem :)
How I love surfing the internet while my parents have at the telephone, instead of me cussing out the computer after loosing my connection to AOL. 1,045 hours of AOL will never get me back to them."
