"I have been a customer of RTC internet every since its conception. Back during the days when a 56k modem meant you were jetting off into cyberspace at breakneck speeds. When the DSL was first offered, I jumped at the chance to become a passenger on the broadband based information highway, and now that it is been increased with QuickServ, I once again followed suit.
I have been approached by both the cable providers, as well as other well known providers, and without hesitation I replied "thanks but no thanks!" The service and tech support I have received is phenomenal.
My hat is off to the staff and crew of Ringgold Telephone Company, for taking our small hometown into the 21st century. Cutting edge technology coupled with individualized service and tech support has insured that I will remain a satisfied customer for years to come.
Thanks to each and everyone!!!!!!"

"When I first moved to Ringgold I became a DSL subscriber. The service worked flawlessly, as promised. After one year, I decided to give the cable company's high speed solution a try and save a couple of bucks in the process.
As a computer programmer, my internet connection is a virtual lifeline to my job. I need to do more than surf, and need a reliable connection for telnet, FTP, SSH and other common features an internet connection should provide. I host a radio morning show in Chattanooga and use the internet heavily for news and other features. Downtime and tech nightmares are costly to me, far more costly than five bucks a month or whatever I was supposedly saving.
Not long after switching to a cable modem, I began having horrid trouble logging into remote servers, transferring files and even checking e-mail. Cable company tech support proved unable to answer even simple questions about their service. Wholly incapable to answer the serious problems I encountered, the cable company passed me off to fifteen other people who read off the same cue sheet of nonsense questions. The "half fast" jokes aside, cable internet in Ringgold is essentially a non-service packaged with dismal non-support. Cable's great for the E Channel, but not for E-Mail.
I couldn't ditch the Pipeline and come back to QuickServ DSL fast enough.
When I plugged my DSL modem back into the wall, it was a relief. I could feel my blood pressure returning from the stratosphere. I immediately tried every single feature where the cable modem repeatedly failed. Every test passed flawlessly with breakneck speed.
At my house, we have QuickServ DSL and an inexpensive wireless network that allows three computers to access the internet simultaneously. All I can say is... it works!
What's really amazing about cable internet in Ringgold is the local office. They don't stock anything related to internet services and can provide no support whatsoever. If you go there looking for answers, you might as well check with the insurance agent down the street. You'd have about the same luck. With Ringgold Telephone Company, the product, service and support is local and supports our community.
If you live in Catoosa County and need internet service, there is one reliable solution. Ringgold Telephone. If you need fast internet services that work, with tech support that lives up to the title, it's QuickServ DSL. Period.
Thank you,"

"Thanks to each and every person at RTC for making life so easy with all the great communications packages. We were so excited to hear that you were offering Dial-Up and DSL Internet plans. AOL, MSN, VOL, Mindspring/Earthlink, and Juno lacked something that you guys have naturally; great service and great people. By far RTC has been the best all around-no questions about it! The technicians, help support, and staff are always there when you need them. You have been a tremendous help with not only setting up our Dial-Up account the first time around but helping us to decide if DSL was right for us. We have to say, DSL has been a wonderful way to surf, play, and work on the Internet. From hands on help to answering questions about networking in plain English, each member of your staff knows their job and does it to letter perfection. The added bonus we have seen as customers, is that we always speak with someone that is pleasant and friendly. In a world of pre-recorded messages that prompt us with "for service, press 1", this is a refreshing and wonderful approach to "customer service". We really could not ask for anything better. Thanks so much and keep up the wonderful work you are doing!"

"I previously had Alltel Internet. Your service far better. More reliable, and each time I connect, takes about half the time to connect.
Just wanted you to know. Great Service."
