"I just wanted to share with you how much I appreciate the excellent job that the RTC DSL group does for the County. I always get a friendly person when calling for tech support or to update an account....
The tech support staff has a great attitude and a willingness to work toward repairing problems that I am experiencing (whether it is their equipment or mine). I work frequently with other ISP's whose response time to a tech support question or trouble call can take days and sometimes weeks, where RTC's response time is minutes or hours. I hope that RTC realizes the fantastic job their DSL department does for the company. Thank you for your time.. "
