"I've been away for several years, and RTC makes me glad to be back! The customer service is great! I have high expectations and RTC exceeds them. Billy Crisp came out on a Saturday to install a filter so that my internet would work....it was scheduled for a Monday. He was very professional and has a great attitude. Your CSR, Marilyn, took my order...she was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She was calming, which was a great help considering another cable company (who's name I won't mention) had me fired up! And least but not least, Elaine Dotson- thank you for promptly returning my phone call. I love this Company and I thank you for letting me be a part of it by providing me with your services."
